The DSM has separate sections for clinical disorders (like depression and schizophrenia), and personality disorders. It's very possible to be diagnosed with both. It's pretty common, actually.

Does performing infront of a crowd make you nervous? how do you calm yourself? Yeah, sometimes. I'll be fine until a few minutes before then after a minute of playing I'll relax and do my thing. Usually what works for me is to remind yourself to have fun. Because it really is a blast. Hanging out and getting pumped with people before and being in a good mood before helps. Oh and really knowing your stuff and being prepared helps, too.
