put a garbage bag over the cast, duct tape or surgical tape around his leg(on the bag...not skin) to close the top. If you have a hand held shower head this would be better to keep the leg away from the water as much as possible.

I'm not sure how it is in your state, but in NH if you vacate after the 1st of the month , they can charge you for an entire month's rent. I know from experience. When I moved I wasn't able to get all of my stuff out by the 1st, it was out by the 7th and they still charged me a...
