I'm not sure how it is in your state, but in NH if you vacate after the 1st of the month , they can charge you for an entire month's rent. I know from experience. When I moved I wasn't able to get all of my stuff out by the 1st, it was out by the 7th and they still charged me a full month's rent

All of the other answers are pretty correct. Another factor though is your activity. Generally most people start to wind down after 7 and are in bed by probably 10. So if that is the case for you, then yes eating after 7 could cause you to gain some weight as your metabolism slows way down.
