Some of that stuff, or something similar, went off about 60 feet away from me. After a while it was in my face and I could`nt see and felt like puking. It is very lethal stuff so be careful where you spray it.

I'd say exactly the same thing, Jim Beam, or a few whiskey shots. Also, being well prepared and knowing exactly what you are going to say will help ALOT. In fact, when I had to public speak, only focus on the first minute or so, make that go perfectly and tell yourself the rest...

Yes of course. I was in the army for 2 years and did machine gun courses. Anything from a C7 to C9 to 50 calibre I would able to shoot with relative accuracy.
