Your leg is weak, so it needs to be strengthened by light exercise. However, because your leg is weak, you need plenty of recovering time after each workout. I would recommend that you begin with a twice per week workout. Calf raises and knee bends are good. I'm not a doctor, but I've been working out for over 20 years.

I cant quit smoking and i think im pregnant. how bad can it affect the fetus? I was in Korea from 2005 to 2006. A soldier there got pregnant. Most of us did not know it. She smoked like it didn't matter. She lost her baby. Very sad day.

Everytime i enter the city of Vivec, the wandering Ordinators attack me, but all of the stationed ones are fine and will talk to me normally, i have paid my debt and cleared my name, what do i need to do to make them stop attacking me? Who is the oldest person that you have spoken to this week and what is the age differential? I think the oldest person I've spoken to this week may have been a man at the PX yesterday. I was looking for some Gillette razor cartridges. They were out of them. A guy about fifty-something suggested I get an electric razor. I'm 36 and most of the people I work with are younger than I.

Principles are standards that you set for yourself. You decide what you will always do under any given stimulus or circumstance. This will save you from having to make a decision each time.
