That's a hell of a lot of weight to lose. I wouldn't attempt to do it on my own. Get some sort of support. A weight loss program or maybe your Doc can suggest something. But, if you have enough will power and want to do it on your own research it. Don't go with the fad diets. Be sensible. Eat properly, just less of it. Exercise, even if it is just going for a walk.

For kitchen and bath. Do you have a particular towel set with a pattern, shower curtain, pictures on the wall that you like the color of? Try to match the paint with those. Family room, same thing. Maybe pick a color from a picture or area rug. It's a start anyway.

All my dogs have been back to their hyper self as well the next day but Vets do warn against this as too much playfulness could cause internal bleeding. Let her relax and keep an eye on her. Make sure she is getting water.

I believe some do. I commercial gillnet fished years ago. We got a dolphin caught in our net. It took quite some time to release him and when we finally got him out he was so happy. He hung around for a while smiling and thanking us, or so it looked like. Anyway. That is just one of many many reasons net fishing should be banned. But that is another story.

I use a choke collar on my dogs when walking. My dogs are super strong and I need the control. If used correctly they are excellent. But I always take them off when they are off the leash and playing as they could catch their paws in one another's collar and you might have a disaster on your hands.

Well. To answer my own question. Seems he didn't need the urine sample taken. They Xrayed and found a cancerous tumor in his bladder the size of a baseball. I will try to make him as comfy as possible until the time comes.

Many times. I used to work outside, at night, all alone. Lots of wild critters running around. I'd see my shadow and assume it was a bear or cougar or raccoon. I'd pretty near jump out of my skin.

They absorb water but you can wash them just before using them. Dry them off if you are using them in a salad. Always store them in a paper bag as well. Plastic wrap will make them sweat.

Make the punishment fit the crime. Kid slams a door, he stands there for a couple hours closing it quietly. That sort of thing. My dad caught me and my sisters smoking when we were young he made us line up at Disneyland and smoke in front of Mickey mouse and the gang. That was embarrassing.
