Your dog or cat start acting weird, sitting and staring and quite nervous and you can't see what is bothering them, has this happened to you too? What is it? I think that sometimes it may be a spirit. Sometimes I just get a feeling that someone or something is watching me; like a feeling of presence when I know that there is knowone around. Animals I think are more sensitive to things like this too. But that is just my opinion.

It's cold, snowy and gray. I don't want to go to my aqua core strenthening class tonight. What can you say that'll make me want to go? Poor you, it is gorgeous weather here!
