Pull out a knife and cut myself in a few places to give me something else to think about. My kids thought they took all of them away from me but I had 3 hidden in the chair I sat in while they took them all off the walls and checked every dresser. But they missed my switchblade plus a few others.

I haven't had to buy a pair of shoes for 3 years now. I got so used to going barefoot almost everywhere I went. My Doctor wrote me a note because my knees are almost impossibe to bend so If I can't put them on I can't but I can show the store employees the note my doctor wrote me.

do what I did. I let my Grandma move in with me and took care of her the best I could. While I was at school her insurance paid for a nurse to take care of her until I got home. I will always miss the last days I had with her. but if I was you I would see if she has any insurance to cover a nurse...
