the leopard will lie down with the goat,
the calf and the lion and the yearling together;
and a little child will lead them. (NIV)

The easiest way would be to use two long strips of duct tape. Fold the longer edges of the front strip around the back. At the ends where the longer strip is still exposed, fold it over, but first weave...

You will not harm anything on your computer by removing them. They are not in use by the computer at the current time - the files contain the information needed to uninstall patches and updates for Windows. The danger is that you might need to uninstall an update or patch that is not functioning correctly, but will not be able to if that file is no longer there.

Is it true all the taxes go to free parking and when you land on it you get all the money?
According to the official rules, this is not the correct way to play. All taxes are paid to the bank.
There is a popular "house rule" where people pay taxes / get out of jail fees / community chance fees / etc to free parking - it's important before a game begins to make sure any "house rules" are clearly defined so that everyone is in agreement.

Answer to:
What does free parking do?
In the official rules, Free Parking is a space you land on that has no affect - no rent is collected, no cards are drawn, and no one can own it. Many people play with house rules to earn extra money when landing on Free Parking, but that is not the way the official rules are written.

Can a nuclear weapon be stopped once it has been launched?
It depends on what you mean by the question. A rocket or missile with a nuclear warhead could be stopped. Usually these types of weapons have a detonation switch of some sort for the nuclear portion of the bomb. Until that trigger is switched, the radioactive material is in a stable state. However, once the nuclear reaction starts the heat and energy escalate so rapidly that it would be...

Why do we perceive some foods, like mint, as cool, and others, like chili, as hot, when their physical temperature is irrelevant?
Capsaicin is the chemical in peppers that acts on nerve cells, triggering ion channel TRP-V1, that is also activated by 'hot' temperatures. Menthol in mints interacts with the same molecule (the TRP-M8 ion channel) on nerve cells that signals cool temperatures. These nerves being activated tricks the brain into "Feeling" hot or cold sensations.

My laptop loses battery power even when it's turned off. Will it harm my laptop to remove the battery when it's not in use for a prolonged period of time?
Some laptops use the battery to charge the CMOS battery which keeps track of the time on your computer, among other things. The only problem that could happen is that this CMOS battery could lose it's charge and you would have to reset your clock and any changes you had made to your CMOS. Note that this would have to be a pretty long time without the battery to even have this risk, minor...

What are the chances of getting pregnant if I'm on the pill and my boyfriend never ejaculates inside me?
I am not a doctor or pharmacist, so take this as opinion only. You can find statistical information on efficiency of your pills in the information provided with them. If you don't have that any more, you can ask your pharmacist for a copy. Most pills are between 92-99.7% effective. I know several couples who are very fertile, and have become pregnant while on the pill.

My PS2 got a disc read error, then I opened it up and found there was a little battery. I fiddled with it, then it worked again, but now it doesn't. What should I do?
More than likely the battery was a rabbit trail that did not actually fix the problem. Disc read errors with PS2 units are pretty common. The two main causes are a dirty lens, and a mis-aligned laser. Cleaning the dirty lens is the easiest thing to try - instructions can be found here: http://cooltommy.s4u.org/PS2%20Fix/PS2.htm . If that doesn't work and you want to try a harder and...

My Slimline PS2 will not read any of my memory cards. If I buy and use a multi-tap, would I be able to use those slots to read my memory cards?
Most likely no. The multitap is only passing the electrical signals from it's input into the input on your ps2. If the input on your ps2 is not working correctly, then the information passed from the multitap will not be read correctly either.

How can I spike my hair if it is hair is curly and wavy?
Visit a beauty supply store or salon, and look for a product called "styling glue" or "styling paste". You put this stuff in your hair, mold it into the shape you want, and then blow-dry it. It is almost as if your hair is a plastic mold at this point. This should work for all but the very curliest of hair. If needed, you can use a straightening iron to work out some of...

Is it legal for a current buyer sell the rights of his automobile without contacting the lender?
If the lender still has a lien on the vehicle, they are co-owner (and in a legal sense, probably full owner) of the vehicle. If your question is can you sell the vehicle to another owner, the answer is no - you are not the holder of the title, and the new owner will need the title transferred to be the rightfull owner of the vehicle.
Once your car is fully paid off, the lender will send you...

No. No Microsoft OS is open source, and they do not publish their source code to any outside source. If your interest for educational purposes is in operating systems and how they work, there are several college-level textbooks on that exact subject. A common task for Computer Science students taking an "Operating Systems" course is to program a simple OS.

Why does carbonated soda "de-fizz" faster when you stick your finger into it when you first fill up a glass and you have mostly foam?
First of all, the contact of your finger with the "fizz" when inserted will pop the bubbles it touches (caused by compression and pressure). Second of all, the oils from your skin will separate the water it touches, speeding up the process of popping the fizz bubbles that remain.

Answer to:
If a bottle or can of soda was never opened, would it still taste the same 50 years later?
No. First of all, all carbonation would be lost. Second of all, the sugars will break down and will not be in the same form they were. Third, depending on the ingredients for the particular soda, there are many ingredients that will change form and spoil when they react with heat and light. A soda bottle or can unopened has a limited shelf life - all bottlers now put an expiration date on...

Why doesn't the home team wear white this year?
The change happened mostly for economic reasons. Several teams produce a "third" jersey, which is sometimes promotional and decorative, and sometimes is a prototype for a new primary design.
