The person must have had a 4th Dan BB in another art and needed 12 weeks to catch up or something is very wrong. I've seen it happen when one style TKD goes to another style TKD but the custom is one rank lower but I have seen one rank higher which is BS. The blue belt that has taken 14 years must not work too hard at it. The time for 1st degree black belt is 2 to 3 years if you work hard.

Beat the egg up and mix in whatever you want, meat, vegs etc, even a little hot salsa if you like and pour it into a small freezer baggy. Put in boiling water for a couple of minutes and take it out and dump it on a plate. Done and no mess it you mix it all in a baggy. It's perfect and nothing hardly to clean up.

It's just that it's too costly for another company to come in and over build the lines that are in place. They do not have to give high speed internet but it is stupid not to unless the cost is just too high. You can get your service from anyone but getting them to give it to you is another thing.

I occasionally hear voices in my head, mostly garbled and very brief. Apparently it's hereditary, because my mother said she sometimes hears voices in her head as well, mostly when she's half asleep, though. Why could this be? Sometimes its hearing things that's like a radio signal but not really voices in your head. I don't think I can explain it but I've heard things but when I tugged on my ears it would stop.
