Do you all think that gay people go to hell. I mean the Bible does say if men lie together that they have created an abomination. That's my fear. I mean I'm gay, sooo what am I supposed to do?
Live your life as you want to. Do unto others. If you're gay, so be it. The bible is a myth written 2000-years ago by semi-literate goat herders. They didn't educate people back then. The stories didn't get written for decades after the alleged birth/death/existence. Religion, all religion, is a means of controlling people.

For some reason it feels sort of funny to be called by my name by a small child.

I'm pro-choice. However, I also consider myself pro-life. To say that life begins at conceptions is incorrect. It implies that the sperm and the egg are not alive. Conception is just the continuation of the life we are. If the woman carrying this life does not want to continue it, it is her decision and nobody else's.

Side one has to connect to the other four
Side two has to connect to all but is already connected to one so that adds three. The next (third) side has to connect to all but the first two which they've already been connected to them. that means you have to add those to the first ones and come up with 4+3+2=9.

This is something for a pro. There is more to tuning the piano than the way the notes sound when struck.
Each key must strike the note at the same spot as every other key. There are manual adjustments also that would be nice to know. I'm a firm believer in; if you aren't an expert, find one and pay him to do what you can't. This is even more true with tuning a piano.

The insurance industry is behind this mammogram change no doubt. They want to postpone having to pay for them.

What are the advantages of optical fiber over twisted-pair and coaxial cable?
The reason for twisting is to reduce (but not eliminate) cross talk between the wires. This is caused by induction. Fiber optics don't have that problem and are much faster. Your best bet is to have a good old Spring (or as the case may be, Fall) Cleaning. Spiders need to have food. A clean house has very little food for them and thus they can't live.
When I say clean, I don't mean sterile. Sterile houses are not healthy as you need the bacteria around so you become immune to them.

Yes I have. And then when I'm finally able to wake up, and finally get back to sleep the damn thing starts up again. Doesn't happen much. I'm usually able to tell a dream.
There is also something called something like "cognitive" dreaming but that's not it. I can't think of the word but someone will.

Sounds like a drive belt slipping. Not sure if your vehicle has the old V-belts or not. I suppose a serpentine belt would squeal if there was a seized bearing in something it was driving with the back side of the belt. Don't drive it that way.

The one you are. If you would be older, think of what you may have missed in the time between now and in the future. But, if you are the age you are, you have all the knowledge you have gained in the past. You are able to make some difference in what is ahead.

Why do men go after younger women, cant they find women their own age? Or are they threatened by the work of having a woman, so the idea of a younger women seem less work?
Actually, it's in our genes. As animals we try to reproduce and have our genes carry on. The young woman has more chances of being fertile. It's not you, really, it's nature. I'm 64 and love to look at young girls/women, it's erotic. It would be great to meet a young responsive woman and make love to her.

How do I deal with accepting there is no god after being raised in a Christian family? So many issues about concept of god, not being there in my life, no proof, just faith which I am running out of.
You can look at it as shedding just one more of the things that you were exposed to (indoctrinated) at a young age. As people age, they acquire knowledge, you make decisions based upon that knowledge, and you accept or reject many things as being true or false. This is just one more step. If you apply reason to faith...

There is a term limit of 8 years on the President. Should there be a term limit on every other state and federal government position?
There should be no limits. Having said that, it should not be legal for business to buy politicians. If you look at the money being spent by big business on both sides of the aisle, it's no wonder they get away with some of the shenanigans they do. Tax havens for the wealthy, off-shore accounts to avoid taxes, et al. This, while the less fortunate spend all their money just to survive.

In principle this is true. But, we're talking physical, hormone driven, spur of the moment (in many cases) things that happen. We can't deny it.
What should happen is for sex to be talked about openly from the time the child is very young. People should stop looking at it as a dirty naughty thing.

What is your favorite childhood nursery rhyme or story?
Jonathan Jo
Has a mouth like an "O"
And a wheelbarrow full of surprises;
If you ask for a bat,
Or for something like that,
He has got it, whatever the size is.
If you're wanting a ball,
It's no trouble at all;
Why, the more that you ask for, the merrier -
Like a hoop and a top,
And a watch that won't stop,
And some sweets, and an Aberdeen terrier.

I've turned rather anti-Christian in a way that I don't think is right. The religion has some points of view that I strongly disagree with, but there's no need to be forming prejudices. How can I redirect these thoughts into something more positive?
Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today...
Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace...

Do any of you think tips are earned instead of given ? It seems to me that some waiters think they are owed a tip. I feel that a tip is earned not a given.
Wait staff is typically underpaid. That being said it would behoove the waiter to be good. If Karen thinks she is being slighted, she will ask if there is a problem and explain why she feels that way. If the water does not respond positively he gets a very small tip.
Most of the time for regular service I give 20%. It has to be excellent (or someone, I know needs it) to get me to tip more.

Blow-by, caused by a bad piston ring or two.
No easy fix for this one.
If it misses at idle you can figure out the piston having problems by disconnecting one spark plug at a time. When you disconnect the wire the engine will miss on that cylinder. When you come across the piston that does not change how the engine runs, that is the one. Of course, there still isn't an easy fix.
Sorry.

It's an old one, but that doesn't make it the right one. Religions were bred from ignorance. Anything that was not understood by our ancients became a seed for religion. It was an explanation of the world made by the most dominant of the group. It became also a way to get along with others making group activities like hunting easier. Then whoever had the sacred stone was the god...

Was bombing the cities(Hiroshima etc) in Japan in the 1940's one of the most horrific and immoral acts committed in the last century?
My father was on an LCT in the South Pacific. I'm thankful that the bombs were dropped. Was it horrific? Yes. Immoral? No. WWII had many more civilian deaths than in Japan. How many millions of Russians died? More than 20 millions. Hitler killing 8 million, now that is immoral. He even killed his own citizens. The killing fields of Laos was immoral. Millions died there also.

Don't let your hormones get the best of you at this time. Do not think of sex as love. You have many males out there that you need to explore. If in 15 years you want to get together with that age difference then okay, do it. Not when you have so much to explore yet.
