Why did I not get moderation points for flagging an obnoxious answer to my question (and why wasn't the answer removed)? Was it b/c I had alread posted a comment back to the obnoxious poster? Newbie here. It sounds like the staff disagreed with the flag. It happens. I read somewhere there is a cutoff limit of 10 or 15 , not sure, I never dr that much, ever... so I never got cut off. The limit for uprating users with a 1 week period is 25 times, if that helps.

I am conflicted. I love my boyfriend, but I have a friend who is giving me all of the attention I need and crave that my boyfriend isn't. What am I supposed to do? Lets say you wanted to show me an answer that was at the middle of the list, instead of giving me the main url, so I have to scroll and find what youre talking about - click on permalink, and that will provide a link to the answer you are referring to . Its a very useful tool, and works well in cases regarding "feedback" as well. I hope this is somewhat helpful.

One is to make sure Im not asking a duplicate, and another is to see what other types of questions that are similar and already exist, it gives me an idea of where to put my question, and how to ask it. I flagged over 70 very offensive answers today and my moderation % went down to 88%. Now it's back up to 97%, but AB awarded only 25 mod points. Can someone tell me why? The 70+ flags were valid. If that persons profile was removed, like they do with spammers, then the points will not count, but it will not affect your percentage at all, the flags will be void. To correct some of the other answers... -I do not believe there is any limit to the amount of flags we can submit, as long as they are valid, -If more than one person flags something, I believe all users get awarded points...

If I posted five homework questions about the Maldives, and a user answered all of them, and another user gave +6 to those answers, does the "do your homework" answerer become a Maldives expert? If I see an answer that states "do your own homework" Or, "google it" I flag it as nonsense. . I have a Maytag Intellidry, how do I take it apart so I can find out what that god awful sqeak is its making? First , you want to unplug it... Unscrew the casing, there should be a few bolts/screws . It should be fairly obvious what screws on the outside if the machine will help you take off the casing, to look inside. If it isn't, I would not recommend doing this. Hire a professional.

Flags set out of spite or too many incorrect flags are not tolerated by the staff, and they can send you to the penalty box for that.

In this case, you would want to let the leaf set and dry for a day or two, and then place it on moist soil. Not too wet, but, not dry. [CA proposition on LGBT marriage] I havent seen the ad. I am not sure AB chooses what ads we see.   This is why I like the FireFox add-on called " ADBlock Plus" It lets me block any image I want from most web pages. No, for the most part, I think we should be able to submit a correction, and let a staff member approve, and fix it. Ive seen a lot of good questions that just were spelled wrong, or had bad grammar, leaving them with few good answers. Of course, there are some that should just disappear... ☺
