I don't hate my country, but our government has completely whored itself to Wall Street and I hate that. If I could make it better, I'd put all the financiers, politicians, and military leaders who have committed crimes in prison .. some of them at Guatanamo.

Given the catastrophic earth and climate changes, multiple wars raging year after year with collapsing financial systems, and the building astronomical alignment (to skim the surface), YES, I think there's a lot more to it than superstition.

I spent years foolishly trusting others until they gave me reason not to trust them. But experience finally taught me that trust is earned over time for good reason, yet can be severed forever by a single act or word. Trust can be a slippery slope.
