What are 'Toxic Assets' and how did they get that way? I am not great at explaining this idea, but basically it is the investments that banks know that they will not get a return on. Say that you have a car loan and you traditionally or have started recently paying your payments 30 to 60 days late. A bank might move your loan to a toxic asset status because they do not have faith that you will pay this loan back.

I am not an experienced cook, but I just recently found a recipe that suggests cooking the chicken with lemons juice on the chicken skin. I tried it and it was very moist and had a little tang. I did season it my traditional way, but the lemon juice changed the moisture content.

I cannot any longer copy/sync tunes from iTunes to my iPod. I keep getting error messages. I tried resetting & then restoring several times. My software is up to date for both, so is there something I don't know about that will allow me to fix this? When that has happened to me I have reset my ipod. If that does not work, then I unplug my ipod, close itunes, restart my computer and try it again. I just assume that there is something that is not allowing my computer to recognize the ipod that I have now pluged in.

I paid rent to my landlord on time, but he made an error and it looks like we paid rent late. If he tells a prospective landlord that we paid rent late, would he be in violation of the tenant's rights? He is in the right to say something, but you could show the next landlords proof that you did not. If your landlord is that much of a jerk, that is. Things sometimes get lost in the mail or the mail is just slow. One time should not screw up a whole year of on time payments.

When can I expect it? you can go and enter your info on a "where's my stimulus check" website and it will tell you. Basically it matters what your last two #s of your social security # and the method of your payment or refund from the IRS. Direct Deposit comes first, Checks get sent all the way to July or August.

I live in Kentucky. My brick home is over 100 years old. Small birds , sparrows( ?) are constantly pecking away at the mortar between the bricks of a large section of exterior wall. Some pockets are over an inch deep. Why and how do I stop this? Sparrows and starlings are secondary cavity nesters and need a already open spot. You may have some woodpeckers doing this. Overall, birds will do this type of destruction if you already have a crack or some damage starting. There is not a lot you can do about it other than knocking down the nests of these birds and repairing the holes.

Aerobics gets your heart rate up, but it also is more physical and you should allow your body to rest at least one day a week. Yoga is smooth and works with your bodies' natural flow. First its the license and social security. Then if you have e-mail accounts you have to change those that requires copies of your divorce decree, etc. The list goes on and on.
