I have a mitsubishi HDTV 1080 Series model 55859. The timer button has been flashing for 3 weeks. I can't get the TV to turn on. I have tryied hitting the system reset button, holding the reset button and unplugged the TV. What next? you don't need a new lamp if the lamp indicator doesn't have a steady red light on it.. have it checked by a servicer since you've already tried system reset and unplugging it.. there must have been a power surge that busted some internal parts of the television
