Everyone is getting older every minute, but why do many people hate or fear getting old? If you have accepted the inevibility of death and decay I don't think getting old is a problem. Wisdom comes with age and getting older should lead to further enlightenment that is not possible in youth lacking the experience that can only come with age. There are many other advanatges too, you can belch and fart in public, drool, play with your food, etc. etc.

Do elections matter or are they bought and sold? a thought about large scale systems like the political process is that no one really knows how it works, not really, but it is known that it can be manipulated in some aspects, and there are many who make an effort to manipulate the process...money is definitely a variable in the outcome but to say bought and sold definitively, it would be hard to tell, too much bs inroduced when you begin...

I was getting a blood gases test done once and the needle hit a nerve in my wrist, I momentarily blacked out...I was a bit surprised at the amount of pain that caused...and it was the first of quite a few. I cringed a little after that, but they moved to my elbow and it wasn't nearly as bad.

Are boogers flammable? Absolutely! Everything is flammable. You only have to have the right conditions for ignition. For most boogers it requires pretty high heat. By the time you get to the heat required for ignition your booger has changed considerably. So, technically, you could say, no, but, if you really need them to burn, yes. It is just that if I am happy, I can be happy no matter what the circumstance of my life. A state of well being, self assuredness, getting laid when I want to be or need to be.
