I have naturally red hair but I use john frida RED shampoo and other products and it kept my color even brighter than before. I believe it is for color treated hair also.

If you choose not to try taking your pill with a full stomach so the hormones are not so strong in your belly. The other thing I could recommend is taking it right before you go to bed

It seemed to take as long as any other piercing. The piercer told me the tragus actually had no nerve endings but, it still bothers some people. No they didn't numb me. It wasn't bad at all. I have about 2 months to lose around 5 pounds. I am a bridesmaid in a wedding and I want to look nice in my dress. I run/walk for about an hour and a half 2-3 mornings a week. Any other healthy suggestions? Swimming, a very good cardio workout and much less strenuious on the knees. The water balances your weight more so it's much more smooth. I also find it very enjoyable. I have been clean 13 months, would been longer but, I had to test the waters again. Was not worth it. Going strong now. I guess it depends on your addiction. Anything drug or alcohol related.

I keep getting butterflies and cramps in the night and sometimes after sex. could i be pregnant? dont tell me to get a test. im not due for another week and a half. Do your boobs hurt? You tired a lot? If you get one of the tests that specialize in early detection that may help, still not always right though.

Finally I make a joke out of it so it makes me feel better and know one points it out then to make it even more uncomfortable. At least it don't smell just a lot of sweat.

But, there are dark veins and montgomery glands on my aerolas. Any suggestions? If you only took your test after being 2 days late you could still be pregnant. The pregnancy hormone isn't usually strong enough to register on a pregnancy test. It can take up to 2 weeks or longer . That would be my only suggestion. You could still be but you just don't know yet. Any broken blood vessels around or on you nipples or aerolas?
