Answer to:
Is it a violation of the establishment clause for churches to receive tax exemptions?
That is very disputable. Clearly, the government is favoring (being a mostly Christian government) churches because of there religious endorsement, however, this is often defended by disputing the technicalities concerning how to define "encouraging the establishment of" and "establishing", which in the government are popular defense contrasts. Basically, I don't, as a...

I know people who have boyfriends, girlfriends who are so far from right that it's scary. Yet still, the other ends up supporting them. Christians: As a Christian, what are your thoughts on Christians street preaching? Do you agree with street preaching? Why or why not(please use Biblical support for your postion as to why or why not)?
Most people who preach on the street MAY have good intentions, but, quite frankly, they look stupid, even from a Christians perspective. Yelling at people on the street to change their ways or meet doom, no matter how much they believe that to be the case, is still the most ineffective way to present Christianity. To those who are not Christian, it often serves to denigrate the faith as well.

If I disagree with them, but its because of the ignorance of the author, I give negative points.

Answer to:
Why do I behave differently depending on the friend group I'm with? I am introverted at school (and mind you, it is a small school with 33 people in my grade) and extroverted when with my out-of-school friends?
Well, in school it is more easy to be in a situation where you feel that your ideas will be judged. As well, the fear that your responses and interactions will become the business of your parents are contributing factors. In this case, out-of-school involves just your friends - people you have grown more comfortable with being around. Simply, your behavior depends mostly on your level of...

What habit or quirk or ? do people you know (or strangers) do that REALLY bugs the HECK out of you?? Examples = Snapping gum, chewing with mouth full, cracking their knuckles, spitting, picking nose, whistling softly, grinding teeth, etc.
Can't sit still for five minutes. Not the usual but the making of extremely obnoxious imitations of "musical" tones through the using of their hands and mouths. When you take an exam, you'd think that people would understand that this is a distraction.

According to Christianity, must one be Christian to go to heaven? If so, are you telling me Buddha went to hell? If not, will a nice, kindhearted, honest, hard-working atheist have a better chance of getting into heaven than an aggressive, mean Christian?
Buddha was a peaceful atheist. I cannot, though I have a damn good idea of where you are going, predict the will of God or the extent of his Mercy. Agressive and mean are all words you are using to describe a christian, a very dedicated and highly respected member of the community, who dedicates his life to Christ. WHAT SHE DESERVED? No one ever should be subjected to anything of the sort for even being "scum" What any person deserves is justice, not destruction. That is absolute, the law and justice must step in at some point in this process. She did not get what she deserved, she deserved a future, a future that she will likely never have.

On my ticket the officer marked the wrong race for me. Can the ticket be dismissed based on this?
No, simply there is no basis, a technicality does not preside over the following:
1: You broke the law.
2: You knew you broke the law.
3: The law knew you broke the law .
4: The judge is confident since the basis of the fight is a technicality, and will without a doubt be mad at the very fact that you are fighting the ticket upon this premise.
Answer to:
I received a citation and the officer wrote 06/08/2005 as the date rather than 2006. I can verify that I was not in the area where the citation took place on that date. Can I fight this?
Not to win. You can go to court to prove that the date is innaccurate, but it really will have no just bearing on your case, unless the judge thinks your cute and lets you off due to this technicality.

Answer to:
The police gave me a $50 ticket because a guy called them to say I was tailgating him. There were no witnesses. Can I fight this and win in court?
Yes, the officer is committing perjury because he, by law, must have witnessed the violation HIMSELF to sign it. That is all you need to win the case, however you must obviously plead innocent and claim that the other driver must have been mistaken, if you are to win by the powers of some judges.
Answer to:
If an officer pulls over two cars for speeding and one drives off, is the car that did not drive off free of the ticket?
If both are violators, and you only got a ticket because you were "catchable" than tell the judge, you are correct both morally and legally, and that should be addressed at the start of legal proceedings, since this is without doubt worth fighting for.

Answer to:
Does spanking your children teach them that violence is okay to utilize when you are mad and frustrated?
Yes it does. If you take the time to show that you care by actually talking with them about what they may have done, you will find them more willing to listen. If you spank them they may see it as " if they can, i can" as well as " Violence solves things, talking does nothing" - which they should see as the opposite. Just talk with them, if you dont, your making a mistake....

Why do some people get all the luck while others never get the breaks they deserve?
Luck is just a rare product of chance. Winning the lottery, getting through five traffic lights in a row in horrible traffic and finding a "lucky" 20 dollar bill on the side walk are all just examples of against-the-odds chance. Not everybody gets a 20 dollar bill every morning on hteir commute to their workplace. Some people work all of their lives and never receive the promotion...
