Getting lean muscle mass is harder than bulk muscle and takes more time. The less fat under the skin and the larger muscle will show your veins more. Do you like quesadillas? Traditionally they're made with corn tortillas. Over the years I've noticed that some restaurants are making them with flour tortillas. Which do you prefer? I like flour better. Corn tortillas are made with masa and it's a little bitter. I like corn but it's the way masa is made that makes it bitter. It's cooked in lime, not limes, lime. It's good in Tamales but not tortillas.
