If you make deviled eggs to share at family or community picnics, potlucks or gatherings , what makes them "special" & what do you serve them on or in?

We have a platter specifically for serving them, with little cradles for each egg :) My mother uses piping tubes, like for decorating cakes, to make the pretty swirls with the yolk mixture.

I love cheese. I can't even pic a favorite. Parmesan, feta, goat cheese, ricotta, cream cheese, co-jack, American...I love 'em all :)

Good question. My younger brother is allergic to poultry. Chicken, turkey, pheasant, etc. But he can eat eggs just fine. But doesn't dairy come from the milk of an animal? So, they can't be dairy... Hmmm.

Depends on how I'm fixing 'em. If I'm scrambling 'em, I cook 'em fast on high heat and keep 'em moving all along. If I'm frying one, I cook it on medium heat. And if I'm poaching, I cook it slow as well. Omelettes are a whole other ballgame :)
