I would tell HR...they are putting themselves and others at risk. :) My opinion seems to go against the flow.

I always give as many points as I can. It's frustrating when others give no points. I do appreciate the answers though. People are on here for different reasons. There should be polite way to remind people to leave points for those who want them...without sounding greedy. :)

We have very similar tastes....my favorite top 10 movie that doesn't fit the rest is American President. I don't know why, but I love that movie. I watch it everytime it cycles back around (just like Godfather...Shawshank...etc!) Great question...as usual.

I went to a great lecture about health....about mixing up the workout routine to keep it fun. It was a "duh" moment for me....I found a trainer that has kept things interesting...I lost 35 lbs. All from that one lecture! Great question.

Definitely "To Kill a Mockingbird". I was really touched by Scout trying to see the world from the porch of Boo Radley at the end of the book. It made me want to see the world through the eyes of other people.

Yes...the shield is really for the airflow, not the bugs. It causes a wave of air to shoot over the top of your car, giving you an air shield against pesky insects that have the audacity to aim at your clean winshield!

Adoption should be between a child and someone who can give a loving, nurturing environment. Yes, race/culture may create questions, maybe even some hardship for both parent and/or child...but love and kindness should be the determining factor.

This is a trap question. Usually we try to disguise a strength as a weakness...which everyone does so much that it is easy to see through. I once read that the best thing to do is let the interviewer know that you can think of nothing that would stand in the way of performing in the positions...

I think it shows a lack of maturity and confidence on the parents part....they are trying to "teach a lesson" and "make a point". Unfortunately the point is usually that they are immature.

I would say 8 or 9....3rd or 4th grade...depending on how mature the child is.
