In California we have something called the fair housing department. I would start with them if they have one in Oklahoma. I am under the impression that a voicemail can stay on a phone as long as you keep your phone in service. I do know for sure tha you can transfer a voicemail message onto a hand held recorder because I have done it. About a computer...I am sure you can transfer it to a computer but it might not be as clear as if you did it on a handheld recorder.
