Do I owe old management or new managemant for back rent if I was behind in rent and all of of sudden the apartments got new management?
You owe new management because it's in their hands now and the old management is no longer handling the rent. If the old management is trying to collect, I would speak to a lwayer because it should all transfer over to the new managment.

Who do I contact to have my apartment inspected due to the unit being unsafe when the manager will not have anything fixed? I live in the state of Oklahoma.
In California we have something called the fair housing department. I would start with them if they have one in Oklahoma. If you have no luck you can always contact a landlord attorney at your nearest legal aid iffice...they are more than happy to assist with slum-lords.

Can anyone tell me how long a voicemail message can be saved on a mobile phone, and could the message be transferred from the phone to say a computer?
I am under the impression that a voicemail can stay on a phone as long as you keep your phone in service. I do know for sure tha you can transfer a voicemail message onto a hand held recorder because I have done it. About a computer...I am sure you can transfer it to a computer but it might not be as clear as if you did it on a handheld recorder.

Did you, or your child, have an imaginary friend? If so, have you ever thought that maybe the imaginary friend was actually a ghost? Has this happened to anyone?
My son sees things but they're not imaginary things or friends. I sometimes wonder if it is a ghost. I took him to a psychologist and she told me that if he was seeing things that it was most likely from some sort of trauma he encountered, but if he was seeing and hearing things, the hearing part indicates a serious mental illness such as schizophrenia (hope I spelled it right)....

Answer to:
Can a high school administrator hold a minor student after hours against their will?
Nope...it's highly illegal. If the child is served with detention and the child does not go, then other actions must take place like suspension or expulsion. It is never OKAY to hold any student in school past the time school is ended and the administrator better be ready for a court battle.
Answer to:
If a person is accused of fathering a child but the mother will not test or release any informtaion regarding the child is there legally anything that can be done to determine if someone really is the father or not?
If she tries to file for child support and you are not married, a paternity test (in most states) will be ordered, and if she is just claiming it's yours, don't pay her a dime until she can prove it.
Answer to:
Could a person move to another country from the US without telling ANY family members?
Yes, you can move anywhere you want without telling family...however, I would suggest letting family know where you are if you decide to move to another country. I have heard horror stories about ppl moving to other countries and just dissappearing...and I don't mean by choice.

My husband is in the millitary and has just gotten a deployment notice.can we be evicted for late rent payments while he is away?
Regardless of who you are, getting evicted is all the same.....however, in the military there are financial services that can help avoid that such as navy relief and you should even consider getting base housing. I did the off base housing and on base housing thing, and I prefer on base, we had more money and did not have to worry about rent or utilities during deployments.

I'm an independent caregiver for elderly peeps in an indepndnt apt at a retirement facility, they adapted a contract for "third party caregivers" most of it is common sense but a few things I am opposed to can I legally put my remarks before my signatur
First of all, the third party contractors are only part time...if that. I worked in a facility where we were the main caregivers, however, certain residents had their own caregivers come for a few hours a day. it was actually a blessing because we were able to direct out attention the the other residents in the care facility and get a break from the residents that had their own direct care...

It depends on the officer. No if the officer takes it as a HAHA...but yes if the officer takes it as something else, and the reason behind the madness is because of all the terrorist attacks.
An officer can arrest or charge you for doing such on the grounds of intent to harm or betray. I am not sure of the exact charge but it falls under the, "Don't mess with the police in a...

Ex-wife has custody (joint). She left Illinois recently, moved to Colorado. The child is in Illinois with grandmother (doesn't have legal custody). The Dad wants custody (lives in Texas where the papers are filed). Can he go get the girl and keep her?
It all depends on the custody arrangements. If you are entitled to visits and the child is being kept at grandma's, you have every right to get your child. Grandma has no custody but you and your ex have joint. I would go to the courts and petition for full custody and state that mom is in another state and your child is with Grandma, and you have every right to bring that child home.

If you do something to an unconscious body which results in the death of the unconscious body but you assumed it was a corpse really is that involuntary manslaughter if you could prove that you honestly thought that the person was already dead?
Doing something to any body that you know could cause harm or death is a crime. Doing something to a body that you think is dead is first of all sick and highly illegal. There is a name for it...forget what it's called but if you harm an already dead body, you can be charged with a serious crime (Even if the body was 100% dead prior to doing something to it.) First of all, you stated something in your question...you said he gets upset when you ask him where he spends his time and money...HIS??? Whenever I eat a lot of avocados for an extended period of time, I stop wanting to eat meat. I generally trust my body to ask for something if it's needed, but during these times should I worry about the amount of iron I'm getting?
No, because avocados are a perfect food that replaces imperfect protein foods such as meat, eggs, cheese and poultry. Avocados contain high quality essential fatty acids and proteins that are easily digested. They also contain 14 minerals which regenerate and stimulate growth. They are an excellent source of iron and copper which build red blood cells. Avocados contain sodium and potassium...

My ex wants more custody of our kids. We origonally settled for alternate weekends, and tues and wed he sees them from 6-8 pm. He is threatening to take me to court. Should i be worried about losing more time with my kids?
The first thing you need to do is put your feelings aside. Think of how these children feel. If you go to court with a positive attitude and make it all about the best interest of your children, you will find that it works in your favor.
What I mean is do not go to court stating that by him gaining more time with the children, that it will affect your time with the children. What you need...

If i had sex, with protection, and the guy doesnt cum can i still get pregnant?
If you were using protection and the guy does not come, your chances are low...however, if the condom broke, yes you can still get pregnant even if the guy has not come. The penis releases semen even before ejaculation!
Be careful out there!
Answer to:
Could a girl still get pregnant if the guy doesnt finish inside her?
Yes. Semen is released during penetration. If you put your penis inside of a girl and you are aroused, there could be semen already there without you even ejaculating...
Always wear a condom!

Answer to:
If a guy get a girl pregnant, but is not financially able to support the child, and requests that the girl have an abortion, but she choses not to, should he still be sued for child support?
Yes...He is resoponsible for child support regardless. If you are not married the court will order a paternity test of the child....if it's your child, you are 100% financially responsible, even if you did not want it.
the way the courts see it is if you did not want a child, you should not have engaged in the act of making one.
