My son's 1997 Ford F150 keeps blowing the altenator (sp?). Bought a new altenator and battery and the truck ran for the day, but drained the battery completely, so wouldn't start next day. Any ideas? First of all, it's a Ford, which means it's probably an electrical problem. You would have to check all of the wires to see if/where a draw is coming from. With the ignition off, you should check to see if there is a draw on the battery. If there is, you could start by pulling each fuse 1x1 to see if any of them are causing the problem. One would be to close the bathroom door or access to the tub so it's not an option. You could also lock him in a room with just the litter box so he gets used to using it. You can get a spray bottle and spray him is you catch him in the tub. Make it so he's not allowed in there at all. The other big thing is just keeping the litter box clean....

I have a two 500gb internal hard drives in my computer, but have nothing but what came with the computer stored on them. It was fairly mutual. How did it affect me? It was hard to just leave someone that you care so much about. But I was and am a much happier and stronger person because of it.

Do you have any good sports memorabilia, maybe even autographed? I've got boxes and boxes of baseball memorabilia and Hundreds of autographs. Growing up, my Grandpa and Dad had season tickets to the Angels. They would always take us to the games early to get baseballs autographed. I was also in little league for 8 years, so I would spend all my extra money on packs of cards. I haven't looked through the stuff in years.

Question: How come a compliment from a complete stranger would make my girl feel better than a compliment from me, her S.O., yet an insult from a stranger is blown off, but from me is the beginning of a very bad night? I'm not sure why your girl feels that way about the compliments. My s/o would rather get them from me than a stranger, because it's from someone that actually matters. I do, however, understand teh insult thing. When someone you care about says something mean and nasty, or just rude, it's taken very seriously. From a stranger, it's easy to ignore.

How come when I try to do longer comments on AB, it says "posting comment..." for like 10 minutes, and then never posts the comment, causing me to have to retype it? I think if you let the screen sit long enough, it will eventually post it. A quicker way would be to break your comments up.

Why do requests for FREE software always result in links to crippled demos (watermarks, time limits...) of commercial software instead of actual Freeware? Well, they don't "always" result in those things. I would think that the main reason why there are so many false links, is because people know that you are going to click through them to find the ones that actually work, which is the perfect place to advertise.
