Yes, i have been on the small plate diet..Instead of putting my food on a regular size plate i go for the middle size plate. I do carnation instant breakfast in the morning and a snack with a fruit and yogurt plus a lunch with fruit and instead of sodas i drink tea...I have lost like 70lbs this...

One came off and went inside me..I refuse to let him put his hand in my goods..So, i called the gyno and then just so happen the day i put on a relaxed pair of shorts...You guessed it, it fell out in public and landed on my foot...

I do like the smell of gasoline....However i like the smell of a man with deoderant on who has a small hint of must...the smells togher are weird but soothing for some reason...
