No change in diet, but every time I lay down, it's like my blood sugar rises to 400 or 500. Have any guesses what might be causing this? I don't understand the correlation between laying down and a dramatic rise in blood sugar unless it is something as simple as a lack of activity.Even then,your insulin should be timed to "take care of" the amount of carbs you eat. Do you regulate your own insulin according to the amount of carbs you eat? If not,I recommend learning to do that.If you already do,then the ratio of insulin to carbs...
