At the pharmacy I worked at the techs entered the physicians info. If multiple locations are written on the script then they enter multiple locations.

If they were not treating it I would help them see the benefits of cognitive therapy and medication where indicated. I would support them as long as they took steps to help themselves. I thought his face was priceless, it showed utter shock. I am saddened Susan did not win though and I hope she recovers quickly from her hospitalization.

I went in a store and all the time I was there, the clerk never got off her cell phone. She never lost a beat - kept right on talking even while at the cash register. I found this really rude, like her talk was more important than me. Your opinion? I would report her to the manager or the companies corporate office. I am having rootcanal treatment. my dentist put the stuff into the tooth to kill the root and help the infection, which was very strong in smell and taste (very chemical). for past 2 days i have had this very strong taste in my mouth is that normal? I had two root canals in the last week, I did not have a chemical taste from the procedure I tasted it from Clindymicin, the antibiotic they prescribed. I was taking it before the procedure that is how I know it is the medicine, at least in my case. To be on the safe side you should call the their office. Heal well.

My employer has written sign in sheets, and apparently i forgot to sign in one day, and tho i was the only person working that day and it was on the schedule, i was told that i will not be paid. is that legal? What proof do you have that were there? Did you work a cash register, machinery, did you have customers? If yes then he has to pay you, he can not withhold pay because you did not document it. You need to amend the timesheet and resubmit it with the correct information.

I never met my paternal grandmother and my maternal grandmother died when I was 5. I met a woman 2 years ago that has pretty much taken the grandmother role for me. I was in a minor accident. I stayed out of work for 2 days with a severe headache. I didn't go to the ER. Their insurance company wrote me a check for $350 for loss wages and pain suffering. Is this enough? I am not qualified to answer your question but if you sign and deposit that check it is as good as acceptance of their settlement.
