When you claim itemized deductions on your tax return (i.e donations, student loan interest) does that lower your adjusted gross income or does it merely get added to your standard deduction? It doesn't lower you adjusted gross income it does how ever lower the income you paid taxes on.

My dogs constantly bark, I joke and say they would bark at their own fart. Telling them to stop doesn't work, even giving them a little tap doesn't work. What else is there to do, shock collars? This probably sounds crazy, but you may need to keep them close to you for awhile. We kept our dog on a leash and with us inside and outside for a couple of months. When started to bark I could immediately deal with it. I would tell him to sit and that usually quite him down.
