I have had my tongue pierced for almost a month now and its completely painless, but under my tongue a fleshy ball of what looks like dead skin has formed around the opening of the hole, what is it and will it go away? I have had my tongue pierced for a very long time and have the exact same thing. This is harmless so long as it's painless. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Enjoy your piercing ; )
