I have 2001 mitsubishi Galant ES 4 cylinder. I just replaced the thermostat and the radiator. (accidently putting in a V6 radiator but my mechanic said that was fine). Anyway. The car still over heats and the gauge on the dashboard is not reading. in addition to what was said above you may have a bad thrmostat. an air pocket is the most likely seeing as an air pocket wont let the coolant temp sensor read properly

My 97 pontiac w/3800, surges when it is climbing a hill. it seems like the throttle positioning sensor is telling the throttle to open then it closes and repeats itself until it finally accelerates when the trans drops into lower gear..any ideas? the two main causes of this are 1. the TPS is bad and not sending the right signal to the ECM. and 2. the ESC is out of adjustment. another possible cause is the valve body is shot in the transmission.

Slight or lean misfire - causes? It is not a full misfire, so that rules out electrical problems IMO. It's not a constant roughness; it feels like it's coming from one of the cylinders. if it isnt constant it could be cracked ceramic on a plug causing it to ark out thus losing some spark in the cylinder

Otherwise if I press normal/lightly just to move forward/back, it just revs. check the transmission fluid if that is ok then it could be the famous ford valve body. the valve body could have one or multiple blown seal thus not moving the valves as it should

97 s-10 blazer hearing ticking noise from underneath the vehicile sounds like mettle draging. it sounds like it coming from right under driver side dont know hard to figure out where the noise is coming from while driving. only hear it while excellerating I think you have a heat sheild lose on the catalytic converter causing the noise.

I do not h It sounds like the speaker channels have been turned off go through the unit menu or if it has a button that says speakers press it. this should fix you problem.

My friend has an 1989 ford f250 one day comeing home the engine stalled and i noticed when we got it fired up that the ac pump was bad (brearings where out) now he has no heater and when he goes to turn it on it starts to die out? how do make sure the defrost isnt on because the defrost activates the AC compressor seeing as it is a bad compressor then will "bog" or stress the engine harshly.

I have a trent PD-3040 portable dvd player and when i watch movies on it, the screen is on for a couple of minutes and then it goes black but you can kinda see the piture but you can make it out i don;t know why it goes black without a video press the menu button and go to preferences and turn the screensaver off this should remedy you problem if not it could have a pixel going out of the screen.
