Cramping doesn't mean your pregnant.
You won't feel anything different for at least 2-3 weeks after fertilization.
The ONLY thing that's different is your hormones, those are not physically felt.

Yeah, sometimes there are factors, like stress, that cause you to be late.
That may be the cause of the cramps. My breasts were always tender before I got my period.

Stress can make you late. Go to a doctor or clinic for a blood test. See if you can go 3-4 days after that to do another blood test.

The only reason "they" say to take the test in the morning is because you go the whole night without peeing and the urine (with the hormone the test is looking for) builds up in your bladder.
Now, home pregnancy tests are all the same. If you have the hCG hormones in your system (only if you're pregnant), the test will detect it in as early as 2 1/2 - 3 weeks after conceiving....

My 1st pregnancy, I miscarried at around 9 weeks, I think (I was on Depo and I never got my period, so when I had the one -time morning sickness, I thought it was food poisoning. By the time I realized I was pregnant, two weeks later I spotted and went to the ER. They checked my hormone level and it dropped).
