How do i get over my fear of flying :-( I usually try to get a good night's sleep before I take a flight. That makes me less jittery. I also find that listening to soft music helps keep me calm. Employing visualization techniques are also useful for helping us overcome our fears. Pretending to be a brave character from one of our favorite films also gives us a lot of intestinal fortitude.

Why do you think TV studios no longer offer variety shows? Too many of those 50s shows are now available online for free viewing at sites like youtube. TV networks feel that it would be futile to invest the money on variety shows because people can watch performances any time they feel like it using On Demand or the internet.
