I took my 90 yr old grandpa to the public toilet in a supermarket. (He cannot walk very fast & has bladder problems). My brother passed in February- he was found with a bullet in the back of his head, the police ruled it 'suicide' and closed the case. My family and I believe this was a homicide- how do we proceed? You can hire an attorney and try to pursue this as a case but i can tell you a couple of things. It will be a hell of a lot of money especially for an attorney. You must have evidence to prove that you believe this is a homicide otherwise they will turn you away. And if you don't have enough evidence then they will still turn you away

How long do braces typically hurt for after you get them? I've had them four days and they still hurt :-( I have had my braces on Since August 2008. They killed me up until January - no lie. It takes quite a while to get used to. And they do hurt for a couple days when i go and get them tightened and all. But if the braces are cutting up your mouth that is what they gave you the orthodontic wax for. And they advise you to take Ibuprofen for the pain and swelling.

My Granddad was walking through K'mart, brushed against a fire extinguisher. The part that held it was bent and it fell on his foot and busted his toe to where he had to go get one of those strap on foot casts from hospital. Can we sue and for how much? No you can't. For one he should not have been so close to the first extinguisher that he brushed against it. And second of all he should have been watching where he was going. So you can get an attorney and all and try to sue but i can guarantee you will be wasting a lot of money because they will not accept your case.
