I've always called his work # before since it's just as easy. We're not dating yet. I'd ask him which he prefers. But like hoyohoyo-wiseone said, if the work # is answered by someone else, I wouldn't use it for anything other than official business. Work relationship are getting more common and more acceptable, but it's still best not to flaunt it or force others to observe it.
