On the box is says you are supposed to use just enough, but not over your absorbency level, so if your flow is light then you probably need regular absorbancy. You can maybe try out the scented tampons, if there is irritation, discontinue use.

It is stupid, but some people go in the places thinking they are only going to be in it for a minute, and maybe they feel they will get out of the place before any one could even think of car jacking them, I have never done this and would never do it.
