ReMy dog has several lipomas. I know they're fatty noncancerous tumors, but I still wonder if I should have them removed. Some of them are pretty large. So long as you are sure that they're lipomas (has the vet done an aspirate on all of them?), then you shouldn't have to remove them unless they are restricting activity, movement, etc or making her/him physically uncomfortable in some way.

About two weeks ago after a stay at the vets i noticed a small lump on my english bulldogs side. Lump disappeared after 7 days then just yesterday i noticed in the same location as the lump was hairloss with black scabs, skin is not red or dry. Any Ideas? Yikes! It could be as simple as the equivilent of a "zit" or something more involved like Demodex or anything in between. You could keep an eye on it and see if it gets worse or starts to bother hi/her. Once he learns to eliminate in the appropriate places (i.e. outside, etc) he will eventually "forget" (for lack of a better term) that he used to go on the carpet. A dog's ability to interpret the body language of another dog is somewhat instinctive. There is a lot of learning that puppies go through, but there isn't necessarily a language to learn, per se.
