If this is the 1st anti-depressant you've ever tried, I would talk 2 your doctor about switching 2 a different one. Very often with a-ds you need 2 try a couple different ones before u find the right one (or 2) 4 u. I tried Lexapro & Paxil before I found that a combination of Paxil CR & Welbutrin SR works best 4 me. Cymbalta, Effexor, & Serzone are some that are not supposed 2...

It depends on a couple things--the crime, the judge, your record, your lawyer, luck.... If it's only your 2nd arrest in your life & it's not too serious you probably won't go to jail but you might get probation, which totally sux but it's definitely better than jail. It will probably be lowered too, charges usually are.
