The amount of vitamin C in one serving of OJ (assuming this is true, I don't know) would provide 120% according to the RDA for vitamin C, which I used to know... I don't think that's true though, unless you've got some super-OJ.

Shiny things will work. At some home and garden stores, you can pick up little clip on vials of vinegar. It's not a harsh deterrent and is naturally occurring (pretty much). You can also light it up like 12 o'clock noon, as they aren't very fond of that.

I'm having luck with Vicks nasal spray. Please note that with any nasal spray, you should not use it more than four days in a row. Take some time off, then try again. Nasal sprays have this odd way of being addictive.

Educated Optimist has some great ideas. In addition, I would say do something for Toys for Tots, I think they collect up until Christmas Eve or something like that. The novelty of picking out a toy for someone else might be the most age-appropriate activity. As they grow, more will open up.

At my house, not even adults get to be on the internet unsupervised. The computer stays in the family room.

I have to say that what our ancestors had was a difficult time surviving. In such situations, group cohesion is what matters. This naturally develops significant pressure to participate and conform. It was a survival measure; certainly not "spite and venom." Now? I think...

It just depends really. I'm much more thick skinned than I used to be. Occasionally, though, something will get to me. Honestly, I think it's mostly the stress right now. When I'm tired or worried, I'll fly off the handle at anything.

My mom had this before it had a name; judging from your pictures, when she was about your age. She spent a LOT of time in the hospital, where they could at least hydrate her. Have you been working with your doctor on this? Definitely start a multi-vitamin--I would recommend one specifically...

I don't know. I'd rather look at a person who comfortably has a little extra. Skinny people don't really appeal to me much. Also, people are naturally shaped differently; some carry weight well.
