It depends of what type of pleco you have,some sailfin plecos grow to 12 inches while others would grow to 5-8 inches. Guppies are livebearers not egg layers and the males behave like a super stud. What has probably happened is that he has already used the others and they want a rest from him. It is all over a pay raise dispute and if the workmen do not get the same amount as other districts they go on strike. Why do so many vehicles magically get stranded on the railroad tracks, of all places? The reason could be that in some country rail/road crossings..the height of the road is not level with the top of the rails causing the wheels to be stuck in and difficult to drive over. There are not many that are like that in the UK because most country railroad crossings have been tarmacked in and made level.

I have cleaned the registry, and i have defragmented I suspect AVG ...Uninstall it and try another programme,sometimes they work on your system without your permission. I had AVG once and it took 6 minutes for my laptop to start up and show the desktop icons.

I accidently put a dvd into my 2003 Toshiba dvd video player sd-k220, there are now 2 dvd in my player and it will not open, I can't get them out. Does anyone know what I can do? You will have to undo a few screws and gradualy take it apart so that you can remove the CD's but other than that take the DVD player to a electrical shop that repairs electrical appliances. I had that problem with a VHS player but only got one CD lodged.

I have a baby california king snake and he eats live baby mice, the pet store that sells the live mice closed and now I try to feed him frozen thawed baby and adult mice but, he's not eating. My snake hasn't eaten for 2 weeks now. If your pet snake does'nt look sick I would;nt worry too much because if it's eaten 3-4 mice that would be the ration for the time being. Snakes do not chew their food but swallow whole and it takes 2-3 weeks to digest..and then it will feel hungry again.

I get a load ticking noise from my ps2 when I insert a disc, it tries to read the disc, but all i get is the browser screen. I dont know much about play station 2 ...I have still got Sega Megadrive. I think the disc is not placed in the drive properly. If the disc is not put in the D drive correctly you will get a scraping and clicking sound. If you introduce fish from a bag of warm water 75f into a tank that the temperature is much lower..some fish will survive and some will not. But if you mean by a electricity failure and the water temp lowers..then some will not survive the shock.

I have a 10 gal. tank that has a betta and a bottom feeder. The water in the tank is getting chilly, and I know that bottom feeders need warm water. Would I be able to apply the heater now, or do I still have to wait 2 days to allow the heater to adjust? There could be two reasons why the water got chilly. Too strong aeration bubbles..this would prevent the water from heating up,or there could be a fault with the heater. Better make sure it's working properly.

My albino catfish always used to hang out at the bottom of the tank but now it's like he has an air bubble in him and he floats to the top of the tank like he's dead but then he trys to swim back to the bottom but keeeps rising. I need help! I think the trouble could be it's 'swimming bladder'.It inflates it when it wants to swim and deflates it when to settle on bottom. It cannot deflate it to stay on bottom.

Will the occasional cigarette do any harm or have an effect in any way? (occasional as in once a week) If you have lung trouble and cough badly,that occasional cigarette is not going to do you much good. If you don't have lung trouble another ciggy won't hurt just as long you don't leave it in your mouth when walking. I use to smoke and it made me wheeze and short winded. I am now 72yrs and I can run up hills without being out of breath.

When i was a kid i stuck my finger in a live lite socket several times, felt the tingle go thru me so why didnt it kill me like my parents said it would? I hink the mystery could be that by sticking one finger in the light socket the current passed up one arm and across the shoulders and passed out through the other arm..and just would have given you a big shock and not electricuted.
