My husband and I are Wiccan, my 7 year old son goes to church and believes in Christianity by choice. If you were a Christian parent, would you feel comfortable with your child being friends with my son and visiting our home? We do our worship in private. I'm not a Christian, but I know my share of them. Most are accepting enough to feel that if you were a good hearted person, they would allow it as long as you didn't overstep any religious boundaries. Spiritually Speaking: who is more polite theists or atheists? That, is... A difficult question. I think both can be very polite. The problem lies with radical viewpoints. There are bitter atheists that grow angry and nasty when they discover you follow a faith, and there are theists who will try to convert you non-stop from about a sentence and a half into a conversation (which I also think is rude).

I have pictures (that were worked into scrapbooks prior to me ever meeting my husband) of people who have been long in my past. My 15 year old daughter has unexplained passing out/syncope spells. She has little or no advance notice of these spells and all of her vitals remain good before, during and after the episode. These spells last from 3 minutes to 1 hour. HELP!!! There are a number of reasons for syncope, but I wouldn't trust her vitals remain unscathed during these episodes. You need to deal with this with her doctor. If you don't get answers from him/her, you need to find another one. Teaching hospitals are great places to turn if you can't find a PCP or specialist who can find the cause.

Do you have your own unique way to cook a particular dish? It changes everytime. :) I never follow recipes to a "T." I always look at it to get the gist, and make it by memory, adding my own ideas to it.

College stress!!! I'm in my first year &was doing well untill Xmas when there was a family crisis which caused STRESS, after that I got behind on homework. Now they won't say if they'll let me back next year due to lack of commitment. I'm distraught :-( I would try to set up a meeting with the dean, or a counselor and let them know everything that had gone on. I would say it's probably your best shot to going back next year. Are there any community colleges around Indianapolis Indiana that deals with music? While I'm not sure of any community colleges in the area, I just wanted to mention that you can do your first two years at a community college to prove yourself, and transfer to a four year school. Don't rule out what you can obtain. :)

Assuming you want a flower garden, I would just plant around it with flowers that grow well in shade. I think a tree in the middle of a garden can be beautiful... You could also consider incorporating an ornamental structure, such as a birdbath, so the height doesn't seem so out of place. Good luck!

I had a AM and PM cortisol level drawn. Both were exactly the same, 2.9 (low). The endocrinologist doesn't know why. My symtoms are more towards a high cortisol reading. I'm getting more blood tests and a 24hr urine. Any ideas? I know the urge to self diagnose can be tremendous- but it only leads to you being convinced of a condition that your doctor knows is not the cause... Ending in both of you being frustrated. Was in a car crash. The guy hit me, put me in the hospital for 9 days. He was cited/fined by the police. His isurance won't take responsibility and won't fix my car. What should I do? Should I take them to court? Should I let my insurance deal with it? Talk to your insurance company. Sometimes they take a while to go through, but that's what they're there for. Ask if they have a program for rental cars. There's also always the option of a civil suit to the other driver.

I love her and I don't want it to end I say, respect is the most important thing in any relationship, whether it's friendly or romantic. With that, comes trust. I suppose you need to decide whether you think she respects you, and in turn if you can trust her. (If you feel the need to confront her, then you don't trust her.) I put flea medicine on my dog, she's been acting really weird since then. She's thrown up a few times, she's shaking, running around like crazy, and whining a lot...is this a normal reaction to the medicine, or should I take her to a vet? It's not normal. It may be from the medication, or it may be from something completely unrelated. I'd call my vet asap. They would be able to give you the best insight, knowing your dogs history, and other factors that could be contributing to it. Good luck!

I have a bulging disk between C5 and C6 in my neck. Parts of my arms get tingly and sometimes numb in certain positions. Half of my thumb has been numb for a week. My 8 month old hates the 1st sign of food. I am finding it hard to introduce new food to him.
