If you are not happily married, what makes you stay? My mom stays b/c it's a marriage of convenience. She's emotionally invested in it. He's not. But she signed up for that.

If you(actually me in this instance lol) were feeling frieked out and then realized you were sort of creating that feeling and took control and chilled out..thats a good thing because you have calmed down. What helps you to stay in that calm place? Hmm. good question. I use that when I'm sad or intensely angry. The trick is just to even get to that state of mind. I just remember that my life isn't as bad as I over-analyze it to be. That I'm blessed. Seriously. And to let what happens happen.

How would you dump somone? Would you ask somone else do it for you or would you do it yourself and why? First. I would tell them in person. I hate email or phone that's just dirty. And I would tell them why. When you're the one they break up with don't you want to know why? It hurts when you don't know. And someone else to do my work? Hell no. That's just being a wuss.
