Where can i find full episodes of tv shows (like grey's anatomy & one tree hill) free to watch online?
You can find a lot on Hulu.com I make no guarantee you will find everything you are looking for, but you will find quite a few of your favorite shows. Many of the currently running shows will have a limited number of episodes available and they are usually on a delay (1 day to 1 week) but they offer a full seasons of many off-air shows. You can also watch full length movies as well. (With...

You can also check Craigs list or even freecycle. Timing is key with those sites, but occasionally people will offload old or unwanted bits of technology.

Answer to:
How many times a week do you cook dinner with all the works? i.e. salad, dessert etc.
My children do all the cooking, so I am happy when they include vegetables with dinner. Usually it is just a main dish and maybe some potatoes, but about twice a week I can talk them into something green or yellow. Dessert is a luxery around my house. Usually they are content with a piece of fruit.

How many people fit in your bed? How do you know?
The most we have ever had in our queen size bed was: 2 adults, 3 teenagers, 2 dogs and 2 cats. After that we moved the television out into the other room.
Answer to:
When is it a good time to meet the kids?
Dinner time. They are distracted by food and it can put everyone at ease. Food is, after all, the great equalizer. We all need to eat.

Answer to:
With all the recent plane crashes are you now afraid to fly or do you think that what will happen will happen and if it's your time, it's your time?
It is not the plane crashes that bother me. Instead it is the humiliation that people are asked to put up with in order to board a plane today. I won't fly just because of two hours worth of "security" checks. This does not mean that I will not die in a plane crash. I just won't be on the plane when it crashes. Death doesn't bother me. I have lived a pretty full life...

I've heard that some people think internet access should be free. What do you think - should it be free? Should 'free' mean cable internet access, or just dial-up? Who will pay for it?
The same can be said for radio and television. Ads are still paid for and used on these media. I know that I miss out on many of these ads, since I do not listen to the radio and I had the tv shut off. But I do have the option to turn the radio or tv on and use them at any time. The same can not be said for the internet. If I wish to get internet access, I need to find an internet provider and...

Do you think Lynard Skynard's song, Freebird, would be as popular if the band hadn't been in the plan crash?
I would have to say that it would still be very popular. I base this on the observation of how my children latched onto it after hearing it just once. They have never been told that the band died in a plane crash (because I had forgotten that fact until reading the question) but they have become almost obsessive about the it. If a song can do that to a person, then it is a very well crafted song.

Answer to:
Do you think the government should help bail out people that are losing their houses?
Why not? They are more than willing to bail out a multi-billion dollar financial institute. This is the same lending institution that several years ago promoted the use of adjustable rate mortgages to people who could barely afford the payments at record low interest rates. Several years later the rates are re-adjusted several percentage points higher and people suddenly start defaulting on...

What did you spend your first salary/wages/pay on?
When I was thirteen, I worked the entire summer on my grandparents farm. I saved every penny of that money and when the summer was over, I used it to buy fireworks. $300 worth of fireworks to be exact. That was a lot of bang-bangs back in the late 80's!

Why do people like fireworks so much?
Because we like to blow stuff up!

Which season of the year would you prefer to purchase a house? Spring, summer, winter, or autumn?
I would prefer to have bought my house in the summer. This would have made moving so much easier. I bought it in December, though. This meant moving in the snow. It was probably for the best, though. It meant a certain urgency on the sellers part. They had no wish to winterize the house again, so they were more willing to negotiate.

How do you get into a fraternity?
Go to college. Once there, several of the fraternities will try to seduce you into joining them. Their criteria may be academics, sports, or just whichever school you attend. All of them will cost you $$$. If you decide to join, you may be asked to "pledge" to them. This usually involves you performing some sort of ritual or (silly) act to prove that you really wish to join....

I was destined to have twins. I therefore decided that they would have the names of "Sunshine" and "Daydream." I wouldn't saddle them with it as a first name, of course. I was going to give it as a middle name. As things turned out, I adopted my children. They kept their names (except for their last name) and everything is fine. Peace.

Answer to:
Does anyone know why money is so important? Why can't we just make things, built things better just for the sake of making a better life for one another? If everything is free anyway, it certainly won't corrupt.
The whole problem comes from people's laziness. A few people will never put forth the effort to build a better world or contribute in any meaningful way. Eventually others will see that they are getting along as well as they are, so they will decide to slack off as well. This becomes a vicious circle leading to the decline of the whole society. I wish it weren't so. Peace.

The wife and I dated for a year and three months before we were engaged. I like to think that is the earliest that anyone should consider engagement. Where you live... how much would you pay for an average 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on 1 acre of land? Just curious.
Southeastern Ohio: Brand new home on one acre of land is roughly $120,000 - $175,000 depending on size and amenities. Used homes are much more abundant, so you can still get one for $60,000 - $100,000. Land averages $4,000 - $10,000 per acre undeveloped around here. Of course, that is because you need to drive an hour to get to the store.

How many times did you see the Rocky Horror Picture show?
Once in the theater and about 5,000 at home. I know the DVD just isn't the same, but we like to have Rocky Horror parties. We introduced the kids to it at an early age and now they are demented as well. Many nights they are all the audience we have. However, when society intrudes the kids are our best allies. A toast!
Answer to:
Do you have a quiet and uneventful "private life', or do you have a rocking one?
While I live so far out into the sticks that no one will come and visit us, my family keeps things lively here. I figure that we will either become one of the closest knit families of the century or completely hate each other. I guess that is what happens when you put five people into a tiny (less than 800 square foot) home and keep them from the public.

Has anyone noticed that if America doesn't like something, they'll declare war on it? War on poverty, war on hunger, war on terrorism, war on drugs, etc... Gods I'm surprised there isn't a war on education by now. What is America? Just a constant war?
We fight bad things like cancer. We declare war on things that make us uncomfortable. War implies an end to something while a fight is just a constant struggle against it. Also, war means $$$. Take that as you will, I see how it works every day. :(

Yes. I have seen too many people coddle their children and send them into "time out" when they were bad. If they do something that is dangerous or blatantly against the rules, then they should get a swat on the behind. This shows them that there are...

We started buying stuff for it as soon as we were engaged. About a year and a half later, we were married. In that time we spent about $5,000 total. It is easier to buy stuff on sale and store it for later than it is to buy it at the last minute at a premium price.

Why would a guy rather lie to their girl than just tell the simple truth?
Taking the (very unfair) genderization out of the question, I think that people lie to their significant other for one of several reasons.
The easiest one is to keep their s/o happy. Sometimes the truth might hurt them needlessly, so a lie would be preferable to the truth.
Sometimes they lie to protect themselves. If they know that they have done something they shouldn't have,...

Do you understand Terry Pratchett's humor, do you think anyone not from the UK can?
I really enjoy his work. It is kind of like mental gymnastics. He forces you to think in ways that almost sprain the mind. Oh, and I am an American. Humor is a universal meeting place. Peace.

What is an appropriate bedtime for a fourteen year old my daughter and i keep arguing about this
Depending on how mentally mature they are, I would say 9.30-10.00 PM. My youngest (a boy) is 14 and he can go to bed any time until 10.00 pm. Thankfully he chooses to go to bed around 9.30 almost every evening.

If a person wears something different or has their own style, for freedom of expression don't you think it is shallow to assume they are on drugs?
It is extremely shallow. I have had long hair, ear rings, tattoos, and an eclectic style of dress since I became an adult. I have also been called all manner of names from drug addict to fairy. People who take the time to know me realize that I am none of these things. I am simply a person who chooses to be unique. I also do not care if someone decides to live any of the lifestyles that I...

I bought a1GB iPod Nano thinking that if it stored 200 songs like advertised, that would be enough for me. I am disappointed to discover that my iPod holds only 67 songs. Why is so much space being used for so little amount of music? Any suggestions?
Generally, the companies that claim their products hold XXX number of songs base that on the smallest file sizes possible. Check and see how your songs are recorded and at what bit rate. I record at 128 kbps (kilobits per second) in an mp3 format. If you record at a higher bit rate or in another format (such as wav or wma) then you are using more space to store your songs. This is not...

Why does melted cheese seem so much yummier than cold cheese?
The true flavor of cheese comes out when the cheese is warm. Cold actually hides the subtle flavors in the cheese. To properly appreciate a good cheese, you should set it out on the table an hour before eating it. My guess is that you are experiencing this phenomenon, but at a higher temperature.

Dice game called Macca or Mocka - six dice - each player throws until he 'mockas' out - must get three of a kind to continue - or a two or a five - does anyone remember that game?
It sounds like a game we used to play, except we used five dice. We also had a scoring system using ones, fives, or 3 of a kind. We didn't call it Macca/Mocka, we called it something like Schultz. That may just be a regional thing, though.

We buy mostly bargain bin stuff, but some things need to be top shelf. Our daily needs are usually bargain bin, such as pasta, tuna, and other dry goods. Basically, I try to go cheap, but some things you cannot compromise on.

What makes the brakes fail if the engine goes dead ? The brakes work fine when the motor is running.
The brakes don't fail. The power assisted brakes fail. There is still a connection between your foot and the brakes even without the engine running. The law (in America) states that there must be a physical connection between the driver and the brakes or steering in a motorized vehicle. That way if the engine dies while driving, you can still stop or steer the vehicle.

I thought that all months had 28 days. I think that February is special because it has only 28 days. Maybe they did it to get past the coldest time of the year (in the north) as quick as possible.

People who support George W. Bush in America today are the same kinds of people who would have supported Adolf Hitler if they had been Germans in the 1930's. Is this not obvious?
Every leader has a hard core following of sycophants and groupies. The astonishing thing is that no matter what the leader says, these people will agree with them. This is generally done in a vain attempt to gain the leaders favor. You will also see it in every major business and institution around the world. Sad, isn't it?

I'm a guy who loves white chocolate. Unfortunately you cannot find truly good white chocolate on this side of the pond. A solid white or blue is a safe bet. You might also try a simple striped shirt. The stripes should be very thin, so they don't steal the attention away from the cut of your suit. If you are looking for something that commands a little more attention, you might go with a red or purple shirt. Be careful with that one though, it can draw too much attention your way. Good luck!

I remember "showering" with my girlfriend at 16, and I am sure your mother remembers what she did at 16 as well. I wouldn't call her getting angry unreasonable. We give our dogs Tylenol if they are in pain. Sometimes we give them Tylenol PM which helps them to sleep as well, but I wouldn't recommend it if the dog had been hit recently. You may wish to stick with the regular Tylenol and keep an eye on them. I recommend just one pill, since dogs are usually not as large as people. Is you mouth like a sailors? how often do you have to pardon your french?
I work in an industrial environment. To put it simply, cussing is just part of the job. If I don't drop the "F" bomb at least 7 times a day, people think I am not feeling well or upset. The only time I "pardon my french" is when I am conversing with the religious folks whom I work with.

Mitsubishi Medallion HDTV 1080 turned off, won't turn on or reset...green light flashing. How do I turn the TV back on?
What kind of TV? Everyone I have spoken with suggests starting with unplugging the TV for a while and then trying to turn it on again (after you plug it back in.) I recommend unplugging it and then holding the power button for at least 3 seconds to discharge the capacitors. I don't know if it works for TVs, but it does work for my computer. Leave it unplugged for at least a half an...

I own a small service business. My customers stay with me for years. However, I like to bring in more customers without spending too much on advertisement and marketing. What do I do?
Guerrilla marketing. place your business cards, fliers, stickers, etc. in places where your target market will find them. Be creative about their locations, but not offensive. Try not to put it over top of someone else's advert, artwork, or other handiwork.
You can also use your current customers to help draw in new customers. Offer them an (X)% discount on their next purchase...

Cable, Dish Network, Direct TV, antiquated antennae on top of house, wish is better?
I think this question is biased against the antenna. I like the antenna because it is free, and they also have HD television available on antenna. Cable and satellite TV is basically the same thing now of days. I think cable has the edge because it doesn't cut out when it rains. Unfortunately, cable and satellite cost you $$$. Sure, they offer more channels, but if you cannot afford...

I have an index card. On top, it is a green color. When I flip it, it is red. When I flip it again, it was purple instead of green! With just only that one index card, how was that possible, with just two side, and only a 2D shape?
The face of the card is divided into two colors. One side is colored green and the other is colored purple. Depending on how you flip it depends on what color is on "top" (of the face.)

Answer to:
What's the ultimate goal of those who use coercive tactics in an attempt to change anyone's sexual orientation?
I think it is a way to make themselves feel powerful. If they can change a person, then they feel that they have power over that individual. This is not only true of religious fanatics, but some members of the gay community as well. We will unfortunately find schmucks like this in every walk of life.

What happens to people after death?
Your soul is released from the mortal coil. The soul is basically a form of energy that has substance. As you meet people on this plane, you take a tiny portion of their soul with you and leave a little of your own with them. The more time that you spend with them, the more of your soul is exchanged. This makes us a little of everyone we have ever had contact with.

I think the internet should be free. With todays level of technology, we can easily provide everyone with a basic level of internet access. I would choose the three ring binder. The rings are usually made of steel, which can be extremely useful. I could use it with a piece of flint to help start a fire. I could straighten it and tie it to the end of a stick to spear fish with. The flat metal piece that holds the rings can be sharpened and used as a knife. There are many uses for it.

Why are there so many farms in ohio?
Ohio has been a farming state since it was originally settled. The soil in Ohio is very fertile, probably due to the fact that it used to be covered in trees. The leaves that fell from the trees every year broke down into a fertile mulch. Over time this mulch became a nutrient rich top soil. Farmers would then clear the trees and plow the ground, establishing a well producing farm. The...

I wish I could remember what it was called. When I was in Germany, they had a multi-grain type bread that they mixed sunflower and other seeds into. It was made fresh every day. Mmmmm.... Delicious. Oh, I also loved Brotchen. They were little hard rolls we had for breakfast every morning.

I am 5'7 and 160 lbs. I haven't smoked weed in a long time, but then a did it about 4 times recently. I have not smoked in 18 days. Will I pass a drug test next week even though I have gained weight recently?
It depends on how much you smoked and how fast your metabolism is. THC tends to stay in the body for (15 to 45) days. It does stay in the fat cells, so weight might be a factor. Check out WWW.NORML.COM for any further questions.

I am a 22 year old female and work as a bartender at a club. Would this be an issue with most men—dating a girl who works at a bar? I will not change my job due to what people think I just want to know the general consensus on this issue.
I wouldn't have a problem with it. My wife was a waitress when I met her and was hit on all night long. This didn't bother me because I knew she was going home with me at the end of the night. As for working at a bar? Some of my best friends are barkeeps.

I live in Ohio and it is true. In fact, it is illegal to smoke within 20 feet of any entrance to a business, public building, or other such structure (including a company owned vehicle.)
