Socialized medicine for example seems to work better.

I discovered more recently that I'm gay and I'm positive I am. The problem is I don't mind other people being gay, but when it comes to me I don't want to be gay. Why don't I want to be gay? I don't think anyone WANTS to be gay, it alienates you from many. If you're approval seeking or just want to fit in then of course you would want to be straight if you could.

If the tumor is hard, and redish, then it sounds cancerous.

From off the top of my head; identify the real problem, consider all options, consider the consequence of each possible solution, choose the solution, execute the solution, then follow up. This is what I loosely remember from college supervision class.
