Just don't do anything that would be dangerous to do drunk or on drugs... Don't drive, operate machinery, do your online banking, juggle knives.. etc... other than that staying awake for 3 days is pretty harmless... and you will at some point definitely start hallucinating and i doubt...

I'd suggest the classic Colt 1911 .45 calibre. It's easy to shoot, dependable, and easy to break down. If 45 seems a little too big they also make other versions such as 9mm.
