Your family can't decide that for you even though, from what I gather, they think they already have. Well first off gays don't, for the most part, have the right to marry yet. But this I think will only be a matter of time and I don't think too long a wait at that. As far as social advances I think that under the US system (a Democratic Republic) these advances are made through shifts of public sentiment often spurred on by passionate activists involved in these causes.

I am handicapped. I was backing out of a handicapped spot at work. Another driver sped around behind me. We collided. Minor damage no injury. I was cited for careless driving and causing the accident. How do I defend this case? So is there a defense? Your handicap status is completely irrelevant. If you are backing out and you hit someone, you are at fault because you didn't take enough care to make sure no one was coming before you backed out. I had a similar experience when I was a new driver and recieved a similar citation. You can be sure I never made that mistake again.

He stays up all night most of the time...sleeps all day....what should a man do? Give him the boot! He's an adult and can learn to take care of himself! That's the age that I left home and it took a little prodding from my dad to get me out of the house but I've been out in the world ever since and I thank him for it.
