Well, not really - remember that it isnt just the tobacco which is believed to cause cancer! It is inhaling smoke in general which damages your lungs! Plus if crushed vitamin tablets were added to the smoke - which is what I assume you mean by crushed vitamins - you would also be smoking a lot...
