Well, not really - remember that it isnt just the tobacco which is believed to cause cancer! It is inhaling smoke in general which damages your lungs!
Plus if crushed vitamin tablets were added to the smoke - which is what I assume you mean by crushed vitamins - you would also be smoking a lot of binding agents used in the tablets that are not good for you and would taste disgusting!

Catnip has sedative effects in humans. In my experience though, the effect is better felt when the catnip is brewed as a tea.
Although, I have found that mixing it with legal herbal-highs such as "Super Skunk" or "Northern Lights" (examples from Rhino Gifts website) can enhance the small effect felt from these and overall can achieve a more aromatic smoke.
