normally its just to cause chaos, virtual guerilla warfare. most hackers dont like microsoft so most of the time their viruses are targeted at microsoft. its quite easy to infect windows OS

theres only one type of meditation isnt there? just sit in a comfortable position, relax ur eyelids so they close but not completely (let some light come through, so you dont fall asleep) then imagine a white wall, dont let any other thought come into ur head, just the white wall, take deep breathes, as deep as you can as slow as you can.
