My divorce hearing is scheduled for next month. I want to re-marry (a different person) the week after appearing before the judge. Is it possible? How do I get a copy of divorce decree within a week? Depends on the juristiction. In some states, the divorce is finalized at the hearing. In other states, you are granted a preluimnate decree at the hearing and have to wait 4-6 weeks for a decree absoulte and then the divorce is finalized.

Well for starters if you and your husband never divorced, then his new marriage is invaild and thus illegal. He can go to jail for bigamy and then you can get a easy divorce on the grounds of his adultery. I am sure you can get divorced through Florida but if you want to return to Virginia, that would be possible. But seeing as Virginia is more conservative, the divorce process may take longer.

Well its better than the Walgreens in my town which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Several stores, including mine are operating on Thanksgiving Day. Sprint requires "shoes" no sneakers and now has removed the chairs The fair labor laws say if you work a 8 hour shift, you have to have a 30 minute break. But at what point is not specified in the federal law, but most state laws say 5 hours. Under the Food Union I work for they must give us a break every 2 hours and 15 minutes in a 8 hour shift.

Since I am a gay male and hold the female role in my gay romance, I have decided to have a sex change operation. I am going to start using a female name as well and my mother refuses to accept me if i got through with it. How do I handle this? Of course, we all know who you are! And its amazing that after I learned your idenity you still think you can get away with this crap.
