If not, I understand why they keep flagging..they can't lose! What a nifty scheme that is! Good question and answer. I was about to ask essentially the same thing. It seems there needs to be some sort of punishment factor to discourage stalkers (aka frivolous) flagging and rejections. . For those of us trying to ask tough political questions, it's really annoying because you have to monitor them to make sure someone isn't playing the evidence destruction game.
