If you have water in the oil..chances are it is a head gasket leak or bad liners.Detroit diesels are notorious for abnormal liner wear if the nitrate level of the coolant is too high for extended periods of time.

I put stop leak in my truck and it work just fine! The thing is my water is all white and milkey, this stop leak had pelletes in it. Will it hurt if I flush it out real good, or do you think it will start leaking again.
The stop leak did NOT make you water white and milky.It is caused by oil in the coolant system.Drain and flush the system COMPLETELY..Refill w/ a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water.Do not mix red and green antifreezes as this will cause the radiator to be filled w/ a mud like residue!
Side Note:If this is a class 8 truck your oil cooler has an internal leak and needs to be replaced...

Go out and remove the cores from each of the valve stems,this will flatten the tires.Replace the cores and seal them w/ a drop or 2 of super glue.
Who ever owns the car will have to get each of the tires dismounted and have the valve stems replaced BEFORE inflating the tires. Once the car is moved I am sure you will have no more difficulties.

The voltage regulator is built in the alternator on GM products.If it is faulty ,remove the alternator and take it to a starter,alternator repair shop and have it converted into a "one wire system"Then you run one wire from the alternator to the positive post on the starter.
You can also buy the one wire conversion kit from speed shop(ie summit,jegs,etc)

There is a short between the right turn signal circuit and the brake light circuit.
Does the truck have a trailer light cord,or plug on the rear? Thats a good place to start looking.Also check the wiring harness a the rear of the truck

Coolant level sensor or connection is faulty. Unplug the sensor and jump the plug using a paper clip.If this solves the problem,replace the sensor,or just secure the paper clip with tape(it's cheaper)

Did you check/replace the fuel filter in the carb? You have to unscrew the fuel line and then unscrew the large fitting in the carb to access it. I don't believe that your problem is a matter of float height setting. If anything, the Rochester carbs tended to have the floats sink, thereby raising the fuel level in the carb bowls. If the car performs OK for 1-1 1/2 hours on an incline...
